One Quarter Angus Beef, taken from both the front and rear portions of the half so you will receive steaks, roasts, and ground beef. The standard cuts we select are steaks 1 ¼ “ thick, one per package, roasts 4-6#, ground beef 1# packages. Final cost is determined by the size of the beef, 7$ per pound on the hanging weight, and includes all butcher and cut and wrapping costs, less your deposit. Butcher date is 5 November, the beef will age three weeks then is cut, packaged and frozen. It should be ready for delivery first weel December.
