We use Sustainable Meats to process our beef, a USDA facility, that treats our animals humanely, with quality heavy packaging; this year they are offering beef sticks, jerky, summer sausage, brats, and meatballs.

The price is 7$ per pound on hanging weight, which is the carcuss after butcher without hide, head or organs, less your deposit. We will let you know the weight, price, assist with cutting directions and delivery date once beef is butchered. Last year our beef halves ranged about 325 to 375 pounds.
