Half Angus Beef, scheduled for butcher first week of February, then will age for three weeks before being cut to your specifications. This beef is raised on pasture year round, and has limited amount of grain available daily increase flavor and marbeling. Once the beef is butchered, we will know the weight of the half of hanging weight beef, your cost is that hanging weight at $7.00 per pound. This includes all processing, cutting and wrapping fees, and will be less your $250.00 deposit.
We estimate the half beef to weigh 350 to 400 pounds hanging weight.
