Quarter Angus Beef, scheduled for butcher first week of February, then will age for three weeks before being cut and ready for pick up first week of March. We select cuts and you will receive a variety of steaks, roasts, brisket, other cuts as well as ground beef. Packaged in plastic shrink wrap, steaks 1 ¼ inch thick one steak per package, ground beef in one pound packages, roasts 3-4 pounds each. This beef is raised on pasture year round, and has limited amount of grain available daily to increase flavor and marbeling. Price is based on hanging weight at butcher of 170 pounds at $7.00 per pound. Lot 928
